DensiEye 700 Measuring Resolution
Q - What resolution can the DensiEye 700 with the 1.6 mm aperture accurately measure?A - The minimum resolution for the 1.6 mm aperture is:
- 178 lines/inch or 70 lines/cm or above (good accuracy)
- 152 lines/inch or 60 lines/cm (limit between critical and non critical). If the substrate is of high quality (coated), consistent readings will be received with one single measurement.
- 127 lines/inch or 50 lines/cm or below (sub-par accuracy). More than one measurement needs to be done and the mean needs to be calculated.
