Invalid Reading or Unrecognizable strip error

These are messages you will get when your unit won't recognize or read a control strip.

 Possible Causes:

• Wrong Control strip selected, check code being used.
• Not enough Leader, strips must have more than 1.25 inches before the first target.
• Calibration, re-calibrate  With a current calibration strip (less than 18months old),
• Was the strip inserted in the right direction?  Some strips are not bi-directional.
• Was the strip aligned with the center diamond? and did it run straight all the way through?
• Lamp strength? (replacement level is anything below 93%)
• Motor speed
