What documents are returned with serviced instruments?

Users may want to know what documentation is returned with their serviced devices.

Instruments that are returned to X-Rite for service are fully tested before they are sent back to the customer.  As part of this procedure we have always provided a Certificate of Calibration which states that the instrument meets X-Rite's published specifications.  For the medical facilities that participate in the Medical Recert program we are providing additional information that show the tests that were performed and their results as well as how the instrument is performing compared to its specifications.
